Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 3–5 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other factors outside our control.

We use trusted shipping carriers to deliver your orders. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
5. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. BRAZOSS is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
